An unusual William and Mary oak high-back armchair, South Lancashire, circa 1690 The arms set low and with deep arched toprail and fielded panel, both tightly carved with stylised flowers, the rope seat above a wavy frieze stamped with initials MD, 56cm wide, 60cm deep, 121cm high.
