The central micromosaic panel depicting a mother hen and her chicks within a grassy landscape with rocks and plants in the foreground, within a malachite border and brocatelle marble outer border, the black marble top set into a wooden surround, micromosaic scene: 13cm high, 15cm wide, black marble table top: 39cm diameter, wooden border table top: 49cm diameter.
