This Yamoud Turkmen with its all over Kepse Gul on a rich red background and a vine and curl leaf border on a cream background would be an ideal candidate for most rooms. It has a date written in three places at one end. The date translates to 1899. It is very finely woven and in very good condition for its age. The depth of colour is from using natural dyes and high-quality wool.
